1. Diet :-

Very often what you eat is devalued as a trigger of acne. This has become widespread because of such acne myths as consuming bread triggers acne. Or that eating candy triggers acne. The problem with these myths is that they simplify the subject so very much that the reality gets twisted into a catchword in place of an explanation.

The fact is that a number of foods do cause acne but they do not cause acne alone.
