<p>We Don&#8217;t acknowledge the fact that there are many reasons why we feel scattered, as it is:</p>
<p><strong>- Sooo much to do<br />
- Sooo much responsibility<br />
- Sooo little time to do things</strong></p>
<p>Can overwhelm sendya Spinnin&#8217;!</p>
<p><strong>Consider it.</strong></p>
<p>Could be that you&#8217;re missing your attention to the issues, it might just be that you are missing the purpose.</p>
<p>When we feel overwhelmed by the responsibility and long-\ &#8216;to-do&#8221;list, It&#8217;s easy to just get through the day and nothing else.</p>
<p>There is no meaning or intended to be connected to the daily tasks can be set phase of scattered and unfocused activity.</p>
<p>Made aware of the purpose of all this is a good way to deal with what we think might be ADD</p>
<p>For example, fixing a meal for you and your family. The purpose would be&#8221;is a feed and nourish the body&#8217;.</p>
<p>But it&#8217;s not always easy to focus enough awareness to make each activity.</p>
